Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and service charges for My Business Agent.

At My Business Agent, we believe in transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payments are handled for our AI-powered conversational agent services.

1. Nature of the Service

My Business Agent is a done-for-you AI conversational agent service.

This includes onboarding, configuration, AI training using your business data, branding, domain setup, and ongoing maintenance.

Because the service involves immediate human effort, AI processing, and infrastructure costs, refunds are limited as described below.

2. One-Time Setup Fee

  • The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding or setup work has begun.
  • Setup work includes (but is not limited to):
    • Business information review
    • AI agent configuration or training
    • Branding or domain preparation
    • Internal resource allocation

If a cancellation request is made before any work has started, My Business Agent may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund after deducting administrative charges.

3. Monthly Maintenance Fees

  • Monthly maintenance fees are billed in advance.
  • These fees are non-refundable, including partially used months.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and no further charges will be applied after the current billing period.

No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. No Performance-Based Refunds

My Business Agent does not offer refunds based on:

  • Number of leads
  • Conversion rates
  • Revenue generated
  • Customer response volume
  • Business outcomes or growth metrics

The service assists with customer engagement and automation but does not guarantee specific business results.

5. Third-Party and Operational Costs

The following costs are always non-refundable, as they are incurred with third-party providers:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure usage
  • AI model processing and token usage
  • Domain or DNS-related services
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Any third-party integrations or tools

These costs cannot be reversed once incurred.

6. Service Issues and Corrections

If you experience issues with your Business Agent:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to correct configuration errors
  • We will assist with accuracy improvements based on the information you provide
  • We will address genuine service-related issues within the active subscription period

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction arising from:

  • Incorrect or outdated information provided by the client
  • Changes in business offerings or pricing not updated by the client
  • Expectations beyond the agreed scope of service

7. Non-Delivery

A refund may be considered only if:

  • My Business Agent fails to initiate any setup or delivery
  • No onboarding, configuration, or operational work has begun

If partial work has been completed, refunds (if any) will be proportional and solely at the discretion of My Business Agent.

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund Review

To request a cancellation or refund review, email:

Include:

  • Registered business name
  • Account or invoice reference
  • Reason for the request

All requests are reviewed within 7 business days. Decisions made by My Business Agent are final.

9. Policy Updates

My Business Agent reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
